FAQs About Professionally Managed Apartment Rentals
What is your pet policy? We will allow a maximum of two pets (cat or adult dog) per apartment. There is a $300 deposit and a $300 fee for EACH pet. Maximum allowed weight is 35 pounds and some breed restrictions apply to dogs. We do not allow rabbits, rodents, gerbils, hamsters, ferrets or the like. Snakes are not allowed. Birds will count as a pet but the deposit and fee will be half or $150/$150.
