What is your pet policy? We will allow a maximum of two pets (cat or adult dog) per apartment at most of the apartment communities. There is a $300 deposit for EACH pet. Maximum allowed weight is 45 pounds and some breed restrictions apply to dogs. We do not allow rabbits, rodents, gerbils, hamsters, ferrets or the like. Snakes are not allowed. Birds will count as a pet but the deposit $150.
